Tabula Rasa is a dry white wine made from locally grown Traminette grapes.

“Tabula Rasa” is a Latin term that roughly translates as “broken vessel”. Pop culture definitions include “new beginning”. The name seemed appropriate, since it was our first commercial wine.

Tabula Rasa has a wonderful nose and floral taste. It’s best served slightly chilled and allowed to breath.
