Decompression is a smooth full bodied dry Norton with hints of pepper and spice. The name comes from the fact that this is the wine We sip at the end of the work week with a bigger meal, to help us decompress. Decompression should be served at room temperature and pairs well with chocolate and red meat. Some of our customers use this fine red wine to create a wine redux for steak. Our 2007 and 2008 Decompression are available for your enjoyment.
We also have a limited amount of our 2007 Decompression light, which was an experiment to make a dry summery wine that showcased the fruit flavor of the Norton grape. This wine only rested on the skins for a day, to create its beautiful ruby color. If you are looking for an alternative to a full bodied Norton, this may be the wine for you. |

Our 2007 Indian Summer is made from Chambourcin grapes and is available in both dry and semi sweet versions. This full bodied wine has warm hints of oak and cherries. Indian Summer is a tribute to the love of my life (my wife) who I fell in love with during the Indian Summer of the 1970-1971 schoool year. I incorporated her high school picture into the label as a suprise. Indian Summer was released in August 2008 in time for our 35th wedding anniversary. Indian Summer is best served at room temperature. |

Our 2008 Tradition is a full bodied, oaked, sweet red wine made from two traditional American grapes: Norton and Concord. It was intended as a dry wine, but the small amount of Concord we blended into the Norton took over and changed our mind. Every sip of Tradition seems somehow different. |
